For creating homepages I use the free and very flexible content management system (CMS) Joomla. The advantage of using a CMS is, that you can edit the content very quickly and by yourself. The most important functions can be learned in a minute. With a Word-looking editor you can create or edit articles very easily. In that way you can take care about your homepage yourself and safe costs. Furthermore there are hundreds of extensions available for the CMS Joomla like galleries, guestbooks or forms. With these extensions your homepage can be customized to your needs. Because of the so called "responsive design" your homepage automatically adjusts to the right resolution depending on your screen size (monitor, laptop, tablet or smart phone). 

As soon as you have picked a design and your homepage is finished you will need a domain and webspace. The files have to be saved somewhere, usually on a server at a webhosting company. The domain (www.yourName.com) links to your files on your webspace. I recommend www.all-inkl.com to all my German customers. The service is perfect and their servers meet the requirements to install Joomla. I have no experience with foreign webhosters, but I will do my best to find the most suitable company for you.

But there is still one question left: The price. I will charge according to effort and complexity of the homepage and only in €. Please do not hesitate to contact me. You can also give thought to some points beforehand.
